Jenn is the Co-Head of Human Resources at Global Atlantic Financial Group, a leading U.S. retirement and life insurance company that separated from Goldman Sachs as an independent, privately held company in 2013. In February 2021, KKR acquired a majority ownership stake in Global Atlantic, which operates as a subsidiary.  Jenn brings data analytics and AI to the HR space in order to better understand the employee experience.  Prior to her current role, Jenn ran Total Rewards, and built the compensation, benefits, and charitable giving structures at GA.  Before joining HR in 2015, she held various positions at Goldman Sachs and Global Atlantic including roles in quantitative mortgage strategy, risk and various corporate functional roles.  Jenn holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master’s degree in Mathematics from Bryn Mawr College.
